1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jackph ("jackph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jackph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jackph.app and any associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the jackph registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply accessing and using the jackph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with jackph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of jackph, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. jackph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the jackph platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jackph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jackph from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jackph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jackph or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• You must not have had a previous jackph account suspended or terminated for cause.

jackph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location is a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on jackph, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all jackph accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one jackph account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited. jackph uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.
• Account Ownership: Your jackph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• KYC Verification: Before jackph processes any withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID) and any additional documents jackph may reasonably request.
• Account Currency: All jackph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

jackph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jackph Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jackph account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which jackph strongly recommends for all accounts.
• Never share your jackph Login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your jackph account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jackph immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

jackph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your jackph account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jackph of a security breach in accordance with this section.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

jackph supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jackph account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• jackph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• jackph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund your jackph account, or to a verified personal bank account or e-wallet.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for fully verified accounts.
• jackph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting updated KYC documents or proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• jackph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside jackph's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jackph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered jackph players only. jackph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your jackph account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: jackph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, exploiting game mechanics, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jackph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jackph — including live casino tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, crash games, and all other game types — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on jackph, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generators: All non-live games on jackph use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to manipulation by jackph.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for slot and other games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, jackph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. jackph's decision in such matters is final.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify jackph support within 72 hours of the disputed round. jackph will investigate and provide a final determination.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jackph and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one jackph account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the jackph platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jackph platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jackph's platform or games. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jackph immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jackph staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of jackph's platform or games.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

9 Responsible Gaming

jackph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jackph account at any time via the account settings page. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their jackph account for a period of their choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for gaming purposes.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jackph platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of jackph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jackph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jackph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jackph content.
• Use jackph's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jackph platform.

Any unauthorized use of jackph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jackph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jackph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your jackph account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the jackph platform.
• Interruption or cessation of jackph services due to circumstances beyond jackph's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

jackph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jackph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jackph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jackph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jackph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on jackph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jackph Privacy Policy, including:

• Collection of registration information, KYC documents, and transaction records for account management and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Processing of gameplay data for the purposes of game integrity, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Use of your contact information to send account-related communications, including transaction confirmations, security alerts, and promotional offers (where you have opted in).

jackph will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide jackph's services (e.g., payment processors), or as described in the Privacy Policy. 13 Amendments to These Terms

jackph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jackph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the jackph platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jackph platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using jackph and may request closure of your account by contacting jackph support. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jackph arising from your use of the platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact jackph support to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

Nothing in this section shall prevent jackph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
