1 About This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how jackph ("jackph," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you," "Player," or "User") who access or use the jackph online gaming platform at jackph.app, including all associated games, features, and services.

Where jackph is required by law to retain your data for a longer period, the statutory retention period will apply. jackph will not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
11 Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by jackph. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting jackph's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 15.
jackph will respond to all data subject rights requests within 15 business days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 15 business days, in which case jackph will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it. jackph will not charge a fee for processing data subject rights requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
If you are not satisfied with jackph's response to your data subject rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
12 Children's Privacy
The jackph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. jackph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines is 21 years, and jackph enforces this requirement through mandatory age verification during the registration process.
If jackph discovers that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, it will immediately close the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and, where applicable, report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
13 Cross-Border Data Transfers

14 Updates to This Privacy Policy
jackph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or jackph's data processing practices. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.
When jackph makes material changes to this Policy, it will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the jackph platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. For non-material changes (such as minor clarifications or formatting updates), jackph may update the Policy without prior notice.
